Tiffanie graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class (Division Two) Honours).

 

Here at Forward Legal, she works on the full range of the firm's work in civil and commercial matters, both contentious and advisory. More importantly, she augments the firm's capabilities with her expertise in criminal and community law, and takes point on these matters in the firm. Having spent the formative years of her legal career in a boutique criminal-law practice, Tiffanie is fluent in criminal law and procedure across a broad range of offences. She is also proficient in probate matters, and has handled work concerning wills, trusts, estate administration, and deputyship applications.

 

Tiffanie is a firm believer of the notion that the law should be used to empower society as a whole. Apart from her commitment to practice and to her clients, her passion lies promoting legal knowledge and access to justice within the community. Tiffanie works with the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme as a volunteer lawyer, and with Justice Without Borders - an organisation that advises migrant workers on legal matters.

Before qualifying as a lawyer, Tiffanie was formally trained in engineering. She creates her own distinct brand of lawyering by combining her legal knowledge and empathy for clients with the precision, methodicalness, and discipline she learned as an engineer.
